What a tasty way to get your vegetables. Add a little sesame oil for extra umami.

10 oz. fresh spinach
2 t. rice vinegar
1 T. Fierce Korean BBQ seasoning
soy sauce or salt
MIX: Blanch or saute spinach quickly and then squeeze in a colandar to remove excess water. Mix Fierce Korean BBQ seasoning and vinegar. Mix into spinach and let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Add salt or soy sauce if desired.
