Beef Korean BBQ (Bulgogi)
Korean BBQ beef has a sweet, tangy, spicy and savory flavor. It is a staple at any celebratory Korean meal.

TOTAL TIME: 50 min SERVES: 4 INGREDIENTS: 2 T. oil 5 T. Fierce Korean BBQ seasoning 2 T. water 1 T. soy sauce 1 lb. sirloin, NY, or ribeye steak, sliced thin 1 carrot, grated 3 green onions, diced CHOOSE YOUR OWN FLAVOR ADVENTURE: Rice, noodles, and side dishes (called banchan in Korean). |
MEAT: Mix oil, water, soy sauce, and Fierce Korean BBQ seasoning. Pour over meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or a day in advance). Heat stovetop grill or skillet, brushing with oil to prevent sticking. Grill meat until done on one side. Flip the meat and add carrots and onions. Cook until done.
