About

Shanon and ​Chrystal come from a family of home cooks.   They consider themselves extremely lucky, and know that not everyone has that background. Both sisters are driven and out-spoken, which makes spicy foods and entrepreneurship the perfect combo.  

Chrystal worked as a sous chef, but eventually left the professional kitchen to focus on feeding a houseful of sons.  

​Shanon worked as a teacher and math professor for 16 years before starting her own business.

 The sisters now work full time on Spicy Me, in Silver City, NM.

So many of our childhood memories are based around food.  Everyone in our family is known for some specialty.
